I want to offer a cuisine that will speak to each of our guests. A cuisine that is both gourmet and carefully prepared, without frills. An authentic and natural cuisine where I work with all types of products to make them elegant on the plate.

The challenge is to find the perfect balance in the dish so that customers enjoy eating and being together.

The management and its new Head Chef, Céline Dedinger, have come up with a menu made up of fresh, seasonal products. Thanks to real product sourcing work and her network of local and regional suppliers, the Chef will offer gourmet cuisine, affectionately described as “grandmother’s” cuisine.

The requirement of taste and the pleasure of “eating well” will be his main sources of inspiration.

The Chef will reinvent herself every season to delight everyone’s taste buds and make you want to come back.

Customers will discover a €26 lunch menu with a choice of starter/main course or main course/dessert and a €30 menu including starter, main course and dessert. This menu will be reinvented every week. Will also be offered on the menu, 4 starters, 4 main courses and 3 desserts.

On the bar side, in a more “lounge” atmosphere, boards and other tapas will be offered, all year round, to accompany aperitifs. A 55-seat terrace, facing the vineyard, will prolong the pleasure on the arrival of fine weather.
