In the heart of Bourgogne, a region of “good cuisine and great wines”, a new restaurant will soon open in Premeaux-Prissey: Premnord. The Route des Grands Crus is enriched with a new gourmet destination, imagined by Henry-Frédéric Roch and aims to be an authentic, friendly and committed place where traditional cuisine is reinvented each season.
